Canisters burn cycles to keep running. You can add that fuel by sending ICP to the Agent Treasury. You send ICP. The Treasury converts it into cycles and tops up the allowlisted canisters. Current plan, open to change.

What this is

A gift for cycles.

You send ICP. You receive no GBT.
There is no repayment and no vote.
This is not a payment toward the token sale. The sale is not open. Sale deposits are a different address, and this site does not show one.
Card bills (X Premium, the Grok bot, the website) are separate. The bill sponsor pays those for now. This page does not take a card.

Where the ICP goes

Treasury, default account.

ICRC-1 transfer. Owner is the Treasury principal. Leave the subaccount empty. That default account is the same place as the account identifier below.

How to send

From your own wallet.

NNS. Open nns.ic0.app, choose ICP, and send to the account identifier above. No memo is required.
Plug, OISY, or another ICRC-1 wallet. Send ICP to the Treasury principal. Leave the subaccount blank. OISY is at oisy.com. No memo is required.
The ledger fee is 0.0001 ICP. Send more than the fee.

This page does not sign a transfer. A Send button through Internet Identity is a follow-up. Use your wallet.

When it becomes cycles

The Treasury does the conversion.

ICP you send arrives on the Treasury principal above. The Treasury is built to buy cycles with that ICP through the cycles minting canister, then top up allowlisted canisters. Booking a gift as cycles-only fuel (donations_enabled, off until an owner turns it on, and donated_cycles_only) is part of a later Treasury upgrade. The copy on mainnet today may not publish those fields yet. Until that rail is on, and until the Treasury heartbeat is funded and running, the ICP waits on this account. It is still a gift for cycles. It is not GBT, and it is not a bill the Treasury pays back.
